Sylvia Myers

OFFICE COORDINATOR

Sylvia Anquetil-Myers is Palm Vein Center's Office Coordinator. She helps manage the day to day office operations.

She was raised in Mid-Michigan. Go Green! She has a 5 year old son named Kenneth Michael who loves karate. Some of her favorite things to do is brunch with friends, and traveling.

The best part about Palm Vein Center is the wonderful patients and staff.

Ellaina Johnson-Antes, MSN, FNP-C

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Ellaina is Palm Vein Center's Nurse Practitioner. She conducts some medical procedures and assists Dr. Para. She found her passion at PVC after working in family practice for seven years. Ellaina loves seeing patient's results and witnessing improvement in their health.

Ellaina loves to travel to different destinations and learn about new cultures. She enjoys hiking, staying active and living a healthy lifestyle. Ellaina has two wonderful kids that light up her world.

Flor Ochoa

LEAD MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Flor is Palm Vein Center's Lead Medical Assistant. She assists Dr. Para and Ellaina, our NP with medical procedures.

Flor is a true native of Arizona- born and raised in Phoenix! She has one daughter, who is her miracle baby. Her hobbies are spending time with her daughter and traveling.

Flor's favorite parts of her job are interacting with patients and being able to care for them.

Samona Staccu

VASCULAR ULTRASOUND TECH

Samona is Palm Vein Center's Vascular Ultrasound Tech. She performs all ultrasounds on our patients and works closely with Dr. Para and Ellaina, our NP.

Samona enjoys traveling with her family and loves drinking coffee. She loves many aspects of her job; however, seeing patients and staff working together to help her patient's feel better and lead more active lives warms her heart.

Patient's are our priority and it shows!
